Current plan
For now, I only plan to support a Docker container.
The idea is that before and/or after the grid interface is merged within the protopipe package, the whole thing will still be installed via pip as a package but it will be also encapsulated into a Docker container with a frozen miniconda3-based environment based on version releases.
Ideas for the future
- containerization by analysis, requiring a specific version of protopipe and downloading the corresponding processed data from a data server for reproducibility of all benchmarks
- ...?
