[Bug] AdvancedMangifyTool not working properly for volume viewports

Describe the Bug

It has been quite some time that the AdvancedMagnifyGlass has been broken for volume viewports.

At least since commit e1b5bc6 in February of 2025 and likely even earlier, an exception was thrown when activating the magnify glass for volume viewports. PR #2427 fixed this, however now the magnify glass appears but still does not behave like the magnify glass does for stack viewports.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the advancedMagnifyTool example.
2. Ctrl+click one of the two right-most viewports to activate the magnify tool.

The current behavior

The magnify glass appears however...

• it cannot be moved
• the zoom level cannot be changed
• the size of the glass cannot be changed
• Ctrl+click outside of the magnify glass creates a new glass

The expected behavior

The magnify glass should behave like it does for stack viewports.
