Thanks, I moved it to there since it was going to be a needs-consensus PR (going directly to Stage 4), but I guess that is still in progress. We can move it later then. tc39/ecma262#1005 |

Summary
The es2018 section of the plugins page currently contains a link to
babel-plugin-proposal-export-namespace-from. Since this is stage one, and doesn't appear to be in thebabel-preset-env's package.json, I've moved it under "experimental", next tobabel-plugin-proposal-export-default-from.Apologies if there's anything missing from this PR, and thanks everyone for all your work on babel and its docs!
