The issue:
When uploading files using the intrinsic upload function, and referring
to a file that does not exist. It will attempt to upload several times, but the fact that it fails to do so would go unnoticed. Resulting in parameter files that include references to S3 objects that do not exist. As further described in issue #276.
What is fixed?
The upload code in the
