Prior to running a node.js command, a TMPDIR environment variable is set -

hadoop/hadoop-yarn-project/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-ui/src/main/webapp/package.json

Lines 11 to 13 in 11d144d

	"build": "TMPDIR=tmp node ./node_modules/ember-cli/bin/ember build",
	"start": "TMPDIR=tmp node ./node_modules/ember-cli/bin/ember server",
	"build:mvn": "TMPDIR=tmp node/node ./node_modules/ember-cli/bin/ember build -prod"

This is bash syntax and thus fails on Windows. This PR sets the TMPDIR environment variable in a cross-platform compatible way.
