Add option to be able to modify how the Dag Documentation pop-up is displayed

Description

Right now, in Airflow 3.1.0, clicking on the Dag Documentation button of a DAG will open a pop-up window to display the DAG's documentation, but it is not possible to modify the size of this pop-up.

It would be nice to be able to modify the pop-up window.

Here is a screenshot to show how the pop-up is displayed on my instance:

Use case/motivation

I would like to be able to extend/reduce the size of the Dag Documentation pop-up window as I wish, if possible.

@RoyLee1224 Thank you very much for your work, the feature is what I wanted to have, but I think that something is missing in the sense that it is not possible to scroll up/down if the DAG documentation is quite verbose.

For example, I cannot scroll down in the following screenshot:

That's strange, it seems to be working properly on my side.

Could you share which browser and version you're using so I can try to reproduce it?

@RoyLee1224 I am using Firefox on nixos and the version is 144.0 (64-bit).

But I am using Airflow 3.1.1, are you using 3.1.2 ?
