[Media size setting] Quick add modal - stretch goal

PR SUMMARY
Problem: Product images expanding below the viewport, resulting in undesirable product image representation for our merchants.
Solution: The problem will be solved with two new settings. This is ticket a stretch goal of Issue: 2004, Issue: 2016

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

• The vh setting should automatically apply to the quick add modal once selected from the product information template – no new settings needed for the product grid section.
• Desktop: When the "Constrain media to screen size" checkbox is on from the product information template, the product image should fit within the modal.
• Mobile: When the "Constrain media to screen size" checkbox is on from the product information template, the product image. Product name, price and variants (if any) should be visible above the fold.
