fixes PhotonVision#1977 Previously, the logic was checking for the camera object to be the same as the placeholder camera object. Logic has been changed to check only the name of the camera object.

Previously, the logic was checking for the camera object to be the same as the placeholder camera object. Logic has been changed to check only the name of the camera object.
