I made this so I can do some thorough testing on it. We shouldn’t wait for this do the first 2025 release of Photonvision, but I’m hoping to have enough testing done that we can use it in the second release. |

Tested on an OPi5 and OPi5 Pro with good results. |

With PhotonVision/photonvision#1672, the network handling is more robust. It should be OK to not wait for NetworkManager to detect online during the boot process. This will speed bootup, especially first boot if the system isn't connected to a network.
