Similar in thought to #2052 . Format the client code with https://biomejs.dev/. This shouldn't have any effect on function, but makes it easier to read the code.
I started working on cleaning up some of the code around the big ontology table, but it's a little easier to work with when properly formatted. I didn't want to cause a big unrelated diff on that PR, so instead I'm just making it here.
