Feature Request: Port ImageIcon and ImageIconSource from WinUI

Seems like MS added a new IconElement derivate called ImageIcon and a new IconSource derivate called ImageIconSource after I contributed #192.

microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml#3629

Since I have some experience on this one, I would like to port these as well.

And there's also an AnimatedIcon control pending for review in the WinUI repo. I guess without the AnimatedVisualPlayer port it won't be possible for now.
