feat(kdl): mommy wants to be more cuddly~

kdl (pronounced 'cuddle') is slightly less tedious than JSON and 100% funnier for The Brand~

unfortunately the serde backend for kdl is uhhh Very Incomplete, so mommy opted to use the off-brand-serde-for-kdl, knuffel, which requires a lot more hand-holding~

I am currently developing python-mommy-venv. This patches python virtual environments to do the exact same as this project. It's in development, so not released yet.

One plan is, to download the current supported config and messages from this project automatically. Thus I would appreciate if the responses.json file would not be converted to responses.kdl. This would make it way harder to keep this project up to date with python-mommy-venv.
