feat(kdl): mommy wants to be more cuddly~

kdl (pronounced 'cuddle') is slightly less tedious than JSON and 100% funnier for The Brand~

unfortunately the serde backend for kdl is uhhh Very Incomplete, so mommy opted to use the
off-brand-serde-for-kdl, knuffel, which requires a lot more hand-holding~
