well I made english version of MoeGoe GUI, based v 3.0.0.
it's little old but I guess useful enough.
because I (and few others) can't read chinese words.
and.... hey, I made the other one more thing.
if you want to do Voice Change, only you can do is select one by one.
but this version, useful buttons is created that it can change all wave files in folder.
so, why don't you feel free to try this?
