Windowsにおいて、メニューやボタンの文末についた省略記号は、1操作で処理が完結しないことを意味します。
そのことは、実際にマイクロソフト社製ソフトウェアで確認していただけると思います。
今回はダイアログが表示されるボタンに付けさせていただきました。
