Why I did it
This is to undo the revert of the MUXLOGGER changes that were originally picked up as part of the sonic-net/sonic-buildimage sync from its 202205 branch to azure/sonic-buildimage-msft repo's 202205 branch by mistake...
So revert the revert to correct the mistake.
