Added two .NET SDK installation features for Arch Linux: - dotnet: installs via official pacman packages from extra repo - dotnet-bin: installs via AUR packages using yay helper Both features provide .NET SDK, runtime, and ASP.NET support with comprehensive testing scenarios and documentation Provides flexible .NET development options for Arch DevContainers.
