Replace stb_image with zigimg

Currently we depend on stb and libc. Would be nice get rid of both by using zigimg instead.

I agree. And even better if it could be made entirely optional.

Better way is wuffs library because it faster in png load and can load lot of formats. Zigimg cant load jpegs
