sorry. I did not.
It was unintentionally and automatically closed when I deleted my fork after I was done with my contribution.
had to fork again, and push my changes again, and was unable to reopen the old PR :-|

(Today I learned: GitHub changed its processes and no longer keeps pull requests to deleted limbo-projects open. That might be a reaction to the latest incidents of ownership-related flaws they had lately)
