SystemView v3.62c includes an updated Zephyr RTOS description file. The target sources add support for ARMv8.1-M (e.g. Cortex-M85). Segger recently started releasing RTT and SystemView target sources via GitHub. This is a welcome change and will make it easier to keep this repository up-to-date.
This PR kicks off the process and updates to the latest releases.
