russian-layout-bindings does not work when turned on no-input-default-bindings

russian-layout-bindings does not work when no-input-default-bindings is enabled.
But if you disable no-input-default-bindings, then hotkeys are taken primarily from other scripts' settings rather than from input.conf.

For example, I have a boss-key assigned to the b button, and it works correctly on the English layout, but on the Russian layout it activates toggling sponsorblock because inside it, the b button is hardcoded.
