Summary

Adds the Codeep AI coding agent as a Zed agent server extension.

• Multi-provider LLM support (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, and more)
• Full ACP implementation (sessions, slash commands, plan tracking, terminal, permissions)
• Standalone binaries built with Bun for macOS (arm64/x86_64) and Linux (x86_64/aarch64)

We recently launched the ACP registry, see the blog post for some more details.

With the registry live, we will very soon be deprecating ACP extensions and will kindly ask you to open a PR against the registry - with that in place, your ACP server will not only work in Zed, but all editors that support the protocol. Due to the deprecation, we will not be accepting PRs for new ACP extensions at this time - sorry for the inconvenience, still, thank you for the time put into getting this ready!

Thanks for the explanation! I've already opened a PR against the ACP registry: agentclientprotocol/registry#200
