1. Goto Settings -> Language/Country -> Language -> select Chinese (Tradition)

Actual behavior

After restarting the app, all menu showing Chinese (Simplified)

You are right, but I don't understand where the bug is. We have set the locale to zh_TW and the strings stored in values-zh-rTW. Probable the values-zh-rTW translation isn't correct.

Yes,I tested it on both my TV and tablet, and the issue occurs on both.
I suspect this is a bug caused by an error loading the strings.xml file, rather than an error in the strings.xml file itself.
