Fixed description of delete dialogs, added load more and show less in…

This PR contains the following work done:

• Added Load more option for tags if tags are more than 2 lines this ( FIXES: [ FEATURE ] Load more tags button if are more that 3 row of tags #180 )
• Added multiple tags selection option for filtering the links ( RESOLVE: Tag multi-select filtering #184 )
• Added tags and links title in the description of delete dialog ( CLOSES: "Delete Tag" warning message #185 )
