support OR in template name

for example I want os.Linux OR os.Darwin but not os.WSL. I honestly hate proposing syntax here because I'd really love to see all of the template syntax change so it was less annoying to deal with in a shell. e.g I think this would be better

File::os.Linux,os.WSL+class.Work,e.sh

but that's unlikely to happen... ; might be an option (or in prolog), but has problems, @ seems unitutive but apparently doesn't have problems.
