stripe checkout improvements #75

from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wdyndb17K58 there are some findings that we could improve in our app as well:
- sync stripe customers and subscriptions to upstash for fast access to the data
- add metadata field with the user id to the subscription (not only to the customer)
- handle redirect to the confirmation page when the webhook is not completed
