Crashes on "Form.subscript.getter"

Describe the bug
Crashes happens on "Form.subscript.getter".
Not all users report crashes, only 8 users (within 30 days) had that issue.
Developer unable to simulate that.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
(Developer unable to simulate that.)

1. User claims that happen after updating the row's value (should be picking values from PushRow?)
2. See error shown up on Firebase Crashlytics dashboard

Expected behavior
The App will crash upon the error occurs.

• Xcode version 26.0.1

Same crash, any idea why no extra check for index before access get { return kvoWrapper.sections[position] as! Section }

I experienced the same crash due to stale indexPath access during swipe actions.

Using a safeRow(at:) check instead of direct Form[indexPath] access fixed it.
