These contributions add AAC support and ADTS frames handling to libshout.
This code has been imported from Arthur Taylor's libshout fork and slightly modified to match with the latest version of Xiph's libshout codebase. Many thanks to Arthur Taylor and Guillaume Quintard for making this possible.
The license of the fork is the same as upstream libshout.
