Upstream only has latest version https://files.pikvm.org/repos/arch-testing/rpi4/

I think we need to create our own packages for this specific version.
I notice this is related to #6 #7 #8, maybe just use ubuntu jammy, since it's using python 3.10? (I'm testing it)

Kvmd Specific version feature download is from github repo did not download form pikvm repo.
