Convolution filters with names too long cannot be deleted.

Describe the bug

As shown in the image, the convolution filter cannot be deleted. Also please let us have the following features:

1. An option to click a button and go to the imported filters file location.
2. An option rename them in the selection tab.

As shown in the image, the convolution filter cannot be deleted.

I've updated our master branch with the same fix I applied to the presets dialog when it had the same issue. For some reason I forgot to do the same to the convolver dialog.

I've updated our master branch with this too. IF possible do some tests with the AUR package. It uses our master branch.
