Describe the bug

• Closing animation doesn't match the opening animation
  • When closing, content disappears first, then the toggle closes, which doesn't match the opening
• Bottom border disappears while closing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. RI recommendations
2. Interact with the result component's toggle

Expected behavior

• Opening and closing should have the same smoothness
• Bottom border shouldn't dispear
• Increase animation speed slightly
