Fixes bug introduced by wled#4312.
While not used by most bus types, it's not an optional parameter.

@softhack007 caught a logic error I introduced in #4312. Ensure that correct parameters are passed to PolyBus::begin.
Includes a function signature change to allow the compiler to warn if this is accidentally violated in the future.
