This removes
debug-only: truefrom stale.yml to let stale do it's work.I also changed the schedule of this action. Now it runs three times a day. It runs at 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 UTC. This is necessary so that the stale action can handle all the issues and pull requests and doesn't hit the rate limit.
exempt-all-milestones: truewill exempt all issues/PRs with milestones from stale..github/stale.ymlwas deleted because it does not work anymore.
