Which disk image formats work under the Apple IIe emulator?

Since I do not have NPM available on my server, I rewrote the dsk2json and index programs in PHP. They appear to work just fine with .dsk and .po images, however I have not had any luck with .d13, .nib, or .2mg images. It's possible that .2mg files may not be supported since I think those are for 800k floppies (3.5" drive?), but I did expect the .d13 and .nib files to work here. Even when booting to DOS3.3 and putting my test images in the second drive, I am unable to pull a catalog from them.

Checking the existing files under json/disks/ I am finding some that were created from .nib images (but nothing for .d13 or .2mg), so perhaps I'm doing something wrong there. So I just wanted to ask which image formats have actually been tested, and which ones I should expect to work, before I put too much more effort into this?

A quick update here... I was able to confirm .nib fies are working, but still no luck with .d13 or .2mg files (and I'll also add .shk here as well). One issue I found is that most of the sources I'm finding for these alternate formats seem to be corrupted. Even drag/dropping them into the program window isn't working, so the problem I'm having is most likely related to that. I will keep working on this and post the working PHP code once I can confirm which formats succeed.

.d13 files require that you select the "13 Sector Apple II" from the Options > Type dropdown, or boot with a "Boot 13" or "BASICs" disk first. dsk2json does not work with images > 140K, but .2mg files of 5 1/4" floppies should work.

I'm considering moving away from json blobs for disks but I haven't really had the cycles to put into it. The only other "stock" format that contains enough metadata to be interesting is .woz and my woz support is fairly incomplete.
