To enable the use of ZKsync account abstraction and paymaster, support for EIP-712 transactions is provided. This PR introduces the following:
sendEip712Transactionaction, which utilizes the sendTransaction action from the viem ZKsync extension.useSendEip712Transactionhook, which leverages thesendEip712Transactionaction.useSendEip712Transactioncomposable, which also utilizes thesendEip712Transactionaction.
