Mobile menu should be vertically scrollable for small screens

If I open the mobile menu on a device in landscape mode, the whole menu isn’t visible at once on the page, and can’t be scrolled. It should support scrolling.

If you're picking this up as a first issue, here's what we would like to see. When you click on the hamburger menu icon on the righthand side in landscape mode on a mobile phone, currently only three items in the menu are visible (About, Resources, and Community). We would like users to be able to scroll so they can see the Why Wagtail? and Services items as well and be able to select them.

Currently, when you click on one of the menu items (like About), you can scroll to the items in the submenu, but the top level menu appears to have a scrolling bug in it that needs to be found and fixed.

If you have good JS skills and frontend knowledge, this could be a good fit for you! No need to ask for an assignment. Feel free to give it a shot and submit a PR. Leave a comment here if you need testing data.
