Show the blame line ranges

It would be nice to see which ranges of lines where changed together.
You could use the decorator API for this.

Coming from Atom, I love the way the git-blame extension does it. Adds each change to the gutter, and when you click the hash it opens the file on Github (I assume it only works with Github projects)
