Thanks for the application. As you pointed out the BTC address still needs to be included and you still need to sign our terms and condition via the cla-assistant bot. Let me know in case you have any questions regarding this. Also, would it be a problem to switch to the Apache license version 2.0 at least regarding the project deliveries?

The BTC address and the correct open-source license are now included. I'm also happy with the milestones. They contain sufficient details as well as documentation and docker images. Obviously, the milestones could theoretically be even more detailed, but given the team's background, there should also be some room for future adjustments. I think that the project team has previously proven their commitment to the Polkadot ecosystem and the application contributes sufficiently to the future advancement of the Polkadot ecosystem from a technical perspective.

We completed frontend integration with HackerLink. However due to tight schedules we didn't create a demo page based on the substrate-frontend-template (task w3f#2 of Milestone-2). Another reason why we didn't create the simple page is that HackerLink has a complete infrastructure for user registration, project upload / display, etc. The HackerLink code base is not open source. We would like to provide a complete demo of how quadratic funding grant is functioning on a parachain or potentially on Polkadot / Kusama relaychains in the future. Therefore we would like to still submit a milestone. Given that our frontend is not open source and we are only providing a demonstration site that uses our milestone-1 code to provide a service for quadratic funding grant, we are reducing the price to 0 accordingly.

With a few teams failing to gather support from the treasury, and the grants program not being fond of funding these projects either, I think it's time to accept that this RFP was a nice idea but seems to be baiting teams to put in effort into both OpenGov and Grant applications destined to fail.
