Amendment to grant proposal Fair Squares

Feedback during delivery of milestone 3 was to adjust the grant proposal description so it reflects the final architecture. No deviation of the final scope took place in the PR, name changes of pallets and modules. The advice link can be found here

Furthermore we edited some wrong sentences and rewritten some other stuff, content and grant mission has not changed.

Grant level

• Level 1: Up to $10,000, 2 approvals
• Level 2: Up to $30,000, 3 approvals
• Level 3: Unlimited, 5 approvals (for >$100k: Web3 Foundation Council approval)
