Code Review

This pull request introduces support for passing keyword arguments to ray.init, enhancing configuration flexibility. The changes are consistently applied across multiple files, primarily involving updates to YAML configurations and the logic for ray initialization in Python scripts. My main feedback concerns the use of pop on the configuration object, which is a destructive operation. I've provided suggestions to adopt a safer, non-destructive approach to maintain the integrity of the configuration object throughout the application's lifecycle.
