Code Review
This pull request attempts to fix a network issue in a vLLM test by using a local model path instead of downloading it from Hugging Face Hub. While this can solve the immediate CI problem, the current implementation hardcodes a user-specific local path, which makes the test non-portable and brittle. My review includes a critical comment with a suggestion to use an environment variable for the model path, which is a more robust and standard approach for such configurations.
