* With default value of `ip_wait_timeout` of 30 minutes, it is observed that post reboot of VM, packer doesn't wait enough to sample newly assigned IP. Value of 60 minutes allows sufficient observation window to packer (more than twice `ip_settle_timeout`). Signed-off-by: Sriraman S. <[email protected]>
