fix(browser,ui): use execution time from ws reporter (onFinished)

Description

We need to add the execution time to the html reporter and try to fix a page refresh.

With this PR we stll have some small difference between numbers, on browser mode ~1 second more (running tests/browser with PW and chromium here).
