Description

add i18n option to generate localized app manifest & service-worker manifest

Additional Context

  • would be glad not to duplicate components by using a new virtual:nuxt-pwa-configuration field i18nManifestSplitted boolean. But i fail to do so, with an exception in building my project when importing that virtual module in the component.
  • relies on a feat(api): allow overriding options vite-plugin-pwa#811 to handle option customization at the API level
