Fixes

• Fixed the markdown code block stripping in src/main.ts - Added regex to remove json and delimiters from AI responses
• Fixed the scope issue in src/main.ts - Moved rawResponse variable outside the try block so it's accessible in the catch block for error logging
• Rebuilt the distribution - Ran npm run build && npm run package to compile TypeScript and bundle into dist/index.js
