Hi,
I found that with the new version, the FindOpenNI.cmake module has become useless as all the logic is handled differently in UseOpenNI.cmake. To comply with the way other libraries are handled, I moved the find commands back from UseOpenNI.cmake to FindOpenNI.cmake.
I also updated README.md to add instructions to enable optional libraries, with -DWITH_.
