Conflicting documentation on RUST_BACKTRACE value

Problem

Hi we have found two conflicting descriptions of the allowed/expected value for RUST_BACKTRACE https://github.com/vectordotdev/vector/blob/master/website/content/en/guides/level-up/troubleshooting.md?plain=1#L79 state "full"

While the CLI documentation states it is a bool. https://vector.dev/docs/reference/cli/#rust_backtrace

After reading the a little more on what RUST_BACKTRACE is doing and how it works the documentation is not way off. It may be valuable to have the wording changed for non-rust natives.
