Description
Considering recent news, should we update the engineering values to note that a lower number of dependencies is also more secure, as USWDS becomes more integral to the software supply change in this move to HTML Web Components?
As Svelte pointed out: "This is one of the reasons we keep our dependency graph small and you should too!"
This could be a revision to "Avoid lock-in." and maybe even "Be a dependency, not a fork." (though open to other suggestions, as always)
