Refactor existing repo into function-kcl folder, add new implementation of the same compositions in a separate function-patch-and-transform folder
Description of your changes
function-kcl is restricted for usage in non-free tier accounts in Upbound SaaS, meaning users get an error when installing this package. We refactor to function-patch-and-transform for now as an interim fix to get a working configuration for lower tiers of Upbound SaaS.
