Ingredients List Not Visible Until Navigating Away and Returning #1485
Description
Current behavior
When viewing a cooking step for the first time in the LiveCookingPage (inside the FlipView), the ingredients list (ItemsRepeater) is empty. However, if we tap “Next” to view the following step and then navigate back to the previous one, the ingredients reappear as expected.
